Who MPYR AI is
MPYR AI is an AI transformation company for SMBs and enterprises. We design and install AI agent architectures that work at the individual employee level — so the people closest to the work, not just the engineers, deploy and train their own agent teams.
The name is a mnemonic — MPYR, pronounced like the thing ambitious companies are building. We work the same way we name things: compressed, deliberate, nothing wasted.
The founder
Craig Teich, Founder & CEO. Craig is a technical founder who builds with the systems he sells. Before offering agent architectures to clients, he built MPYR AI's own operation on them — agents handling research, engineering, operations, and knowledge management, directed by one operator. The company is the proof of concept. Client work is the rollout.
Mission
Every meaningful technology shift creates a gap between the companies that adopt early and everyone else. With AI agents, that gap is opening at the level of the individual employee — and most organizations are leaving their people on the wrong side of it.
Our mission is to close that gap: put genuine agent leverage in the hands of every worker, with the training, controls, and architecture to use it well. Not AI as a corporate initiative. AI as a tool in every capable pair of hands.
